1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website (aurapave.com) and services provided by Aura Pave ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or requesting our services.

2. Description of Services

Aura Pave provides residential and commercial asphalt maintenance services, including but not limited to sealcoating, crack sealing, patching, and minor paving repairs. All estimates provided online or in person are subject to final site inspection by our crews.

3. SMS Communications

Aura Pave uses SMS to send estimates, scheduling updates, and appointment reminders to customers who have opted in.

  • Opt-In: By submitting a quote request and checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive text messages from us.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service requests and project status.
  • Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to cancel. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing [email protected].
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the highest quality of application for our high-pressure sealcoating systems, customers are responsible for ensuring the driveway or parking area is completely cleared of vehicles, equipment, and large debris prior to our scheduled arrival time. Failure to clear the area may result in rescheduling. We recommend keeping vehicles off the newly sealed surface for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours, depending on weather conditions.

5. Estimates and Payments

Estimates generated via our online forms or digital quoting tools are preliminary and based on the information provided. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to the commencement of any work. Payment is due upon completion of the services rendered unless a prior commercial agreement has been established.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aura Pave is not liable for existing structural damage to your pavement, including sub-base failure, extensive cracking, or water drainage issues that precede our services. Our sealcoating and crack sealing services are preventative maintenance measures designed to extend the life of your asphalt; they are not structural fixes for failing pavement.

7. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, request our sealcoating services, and opt-in to our SMS communications. By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are 18 or older.
